Vancouver is one of the most visited cities in North America, which is why it is sometimes difficult for out of town students to find accommodation. We recommend starting your search early (minimum 1 to 2 months before your arrival date).
New Image College of Fine Arts does not provide housing search service, but we do host a Facebook discussion board for students and student hopefuls to post about accommodations, roommates and other want ads.
If you are a student looking to move to Vancouver, you could consider contracting a professional accommodation company such as Vancouver Homestay, a trustworthy agency that provides students with different options when looking for a place to stay (short or long term) while studying in Vancouver.
Vancouver Homestay is an accommodation agency that provides two different placement services, self search and full service search. Even though the fee for the full service search is higher, we recommend for you to invest in it to find the accommodation that suits your budget and your requirements the best. Fees are payable for any successful placement.
As an alternative to Vancouver Homestay, you can also visit the NorthWest Homestay website.
Please note that New Image College of Fine Arts is not responsible for terms and conditions on services by third-party contracted companies. We recommend carefully reading the contract and ensuring you understand the conditions before making any commitment.
