Explore the best and safest methods of creating large and small vocal sounds, establish a physical warm-up routine, and explore the practical connections of your physical actions to the text.
10 HOURS - Scene Study
- Scene Study: Learn about the practical necessities of setting up a scene and acting within it. Learn stage and script jargon to enhance your methods of reading and interpreting a script. Learn vital methods of memorization, physicalization, relaxation, and creative visualization. Understand impulse, intuition, improvisation and learn how to control and focus these elements into a performance. Learn the fundamentals of stage etiquette: how to memorize text, how to be punctual and prepared, and how to work independently on role preparation.
