Synopsis: Jim, show-runner for a struggling local television network, finds that organizing the crew of his low-budget talk show is about as easy as herding bees. Now Jim brings the news that their show is about to be syndicated by NBC, and to prove it, he's brought in a mysterious corporate executive to inspect the studio and inspire the misfit employees. But is the eccentric exec all that he seems to be?
