QUAKE
New Image College of Fine Arts' professional acting department is proud to present a live theatre production of Quake, the quirky dark comedy by Melanie Marnich. Quake premiered February 12, 2011 and was directed by John Emmet Tracy.
Premiering at the Humana Festival of New American Plays in Louisville, Kentucky in 2001, Quake is a quirky comedy of wit and wild romance. Melanie Marnich's thirteen-scene story follows lovelorn beauty Lucy as she travels through the byways and backroads of America in search of true love. In between temporary romances on her quest for Mr. Right, Lucy becomes obsessed by a mysterious, recurring figure known only as 'That Woman', a legendary astrophysicist… and serial killer.
