FEATURE FILM PROJECT
20 WEEKS / 400 HOURS / 4 CREDITS / 1 PROJECT / 1 EVALUATION
In this class, acting students will work with a seasoned film director, producer, director of photography and a full crew on location to be part of a full-length feature film from New Image Entertainment, our feature filmmaking branch. This is not a fake film for training purposes -- this is the real deal, a chance for a starring role in an original, globally-distributed feature from an established filmmaker! As an actor, you'll be filming on locations, working with a full film crew, lights, make-up and special effects, camera dollies and cranes, craft services and all the rest of a film production. Guest instructors will mentor you during preparation for your part, which will be demanding and intense no matter the role.
The Feature Film Project is designed to test the Film Acting Conservatory student as a professional and involve you as an actor in the full scale of film production. You'll learn how to act in a full-length feature film and to sustain a consistent performance throughout. New Image students learn by doing!
