Crystal Anderson

Program Director of the Spa department

Crystal was taking a Nail Technology program when she looked over and saw the Estheticians working on clients. Right there, then, and now, she fell in love and realized this is it! She wanted to work in the Beauty Industry and help people make a change in their life, through treatments from qualified Estheticians.
Crystal graduated in Advanced Spa Therapy and Nail Technology and then went on to further her Knowledge in Medical Esthetics. Crystal felt that she needed more, and wanted to be part of one’s journey of learning and personal growth to become the best version of themselves. She turned to teaching for the next 7 years, providing mentorship, guidance and sharing her 21 years of knowledge in the esthetics industry.
Crystal again wanted to further her love and knowledge of making change and making a difference in someone’s life. She became a manager/business development Specialist and trainer of a beauty distribution company. Where she could train trainers in seminar settings giving them the knowledge she has learned.
When asked if she would like to join New Image College, Crystal jumped at the chance of becoming Senior Academic Officer of Nails and Spa Division. Asked Why? Crystal responded (Having my students graduate from the program and continue to engage in rewarding and successful careers within the industry and love what they do and who they have become; well for myself there is no greater sense of achievement.) NIC is excited to have Crystal Anderson join the NIC team and Family.
