Company Introduction:  T&T Supermarket Inc. was found in 1993 with two stores in BC. Since then, it has expanded rapidly to become Canada’s largest Asian supermarket chain with 27 stores across the country: 12 in Metro Vancouver, 6 in Alberta, and 9 in Ontario (7 in GTA and 1 in Ottawa, 1 in Waterloo).

Major Responsibilities:

• Execute the appropriate selling behaviors consistently to achieve results

• Achieve assigned sales targets including both regular sales and promotion sales

• Build client base through establishing and maintain strong customer relationships, follow-up on satisfaction of purchases and notifying customers of upcoming events/promotions.

• Responsible for the HABA section merchandising maintenance, strictly follow the display guideline. Keep product and display clean and suggest product order to avoid out of stock.

• Assist in the execution of special events, seasonal gift with purchase and holiday programs

• Provide fast and accurate check-out service as well as courteous support in customer enquiry

• Be attentive for products security and premium stock management.

• Able to handle customer complaints and establish good and timely communications with HO Health and Beauty Team

Other Responsibilities:

• Generate regular business reports as required

• Leverage Product Knowledge as a differentiating factor in the service experience

• Have good understanding of the competitors, market trend, and well aware of new product knowledge

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior(s)

Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Retail beauty store/brands

• Possess good knowledge on health and beauty products and have passion in the industry

• Ability to translate behaviors into optimal selling experience with the aim at reaching the targets

• Full flexibility with schedule, including evenings and weekends/statutory holidays

• Detail oriented; results-oriented; self-discipline

• Demonstrate good communication skills, proficient in Chinese language (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) and good verbal communication skills in English language

• Interested in developing one’s career in the supermarket industry
