Duties and Responsibility:

· Customer is the number one focus!

· Greeting and assisting clients with product selection

· Providing consistent and excellent customer service to clients across all retail locations

· Engage and educate clients on Benefit DNA and products

· Effectively communicate with clients and identify their product needs

· Promote Benefit products by presenting product features and benefits through product knowledge, makeup application, skincare, and fragrance consultation

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. · Strong retail and customer service experience (cosmetics experience preferred but not required)

· Makeup artistry or aesthetics experience preferred

· Able to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

· Must have reliable access to transportation to various work locations within region

· Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking with minimal supervision

· Passionate about cosmetics and a desire to learn

· A go-getter! Must be comfortable approaching clients and ‘traffic stopping’

Additional Information:

· Comfortable with direct physical contact with clients (makeup and skincare application)

· Continuous standing/ walking for 8 hours

· Work in a fragrance-filled environment

· Consistent and reliable attendance
