unplug for a few hours. At Casbah, we specialize in a variety of unique treatments to allow for

We are looking for a dynamic Front Desk Manager to join our Casbah Day Spa team. We offer
ongoing education in the industry, as well as a fun and rewarding workplace set in a 4500
square foot luxury facility. We offer a competitive compensation structure, a lucrative bonus

Reporting to the Owner and Spa Director – As Front Desk Manager, you will be
responsible for, but not limited to the following:
 Manage the daily operations of the spa.
 Make sure both the guests and team members are scheduled efficiently and effectively.
 Coach and develop team members.
 Maximize inventory for professional and retail use.
 Prepare purchase and receiving orders for back bar and retail inventory.
 Train new front desk team members.
 Ensure treatment protocols are followed.
 Ensure maintenance of premises.
 Ensure guest service standards are upheld daily.
 Ensure quality control standards are upheld daily.
 Manage the inventory database on computer software (Milano).
 Perform daily closeout procedures on computer software (Milano).
 Perform duties of front desk reception.
 Organize and promote monthly features.
 Educate guests on spa services and retail products.
 Abide by all protocols set forth by the Owner & Spa Director.

Skills Required:
 Administrative, organizational, communications, and troubleshooting skills.
 Capacity to respond and listen effectively.
 Flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
 Competency to use our Milano software system and tools to maximize spa performance.
 Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at the same
 Astute attention to detail, always ensuring the spa is tidy and all staff have instructions and
guidance for the day.
 An understanding that serving and helping others leads to personal satisfaction—and that small
details are what make Casbah Day Spa special, whether it’s remembering a guest’s unique
preferences or personal details for birthdays and anniversaries. Our goal is to always go above
and beyond for our guests.
Job Type:
Being a luxury day spa, many of our guests come to the spa on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
This position requires weekend and evening work.
Prior experience in management is necessary and required.
