Laurence Adams Debut on Paramount

Today we are celebrating recent NIC Acting 101 graduate: Laurence Adams! Laurence just shot a new show that will debut on Paramount Plus called, Mayor of Kingstown, coming out on Nov 14th, 2021. The series is starring, Jeremy Renner (Avengers: Endgame). His role is an on-screen acting role. We asked Laurence how his training at NIC came to play in booking this role-his response was:  “this is an indeed a great question! It’s funny cause I was still in classes while shooting the show. Michelle and Fei’s training have been very helpful to prepare myself for this one. The techniques that I have been taught for those 14 weeks (in Acting 101) really defined my performance for the show.”
