Skaru Doerksen is a storyteller, she loves bringing stories into life in different ways, from acting to directing. She has the talent, the fire and the drive to keep moving forward in whatever the next project is. She loves participating in films and plays any role that needs to be filled, she believes that every single role is important to create a whole production and she will become a piece of the puzzle to bring the bigger picture into life. She has performed in various plays: Lady of 121st street and Savage in limbo and participated in different short films such as Night Drive, Hafiz and Reverie. Now she is directing CHUMP, a short film that will participate in an upcoming competition.
