Robert Maloney

As an award-winning, Vancouver-based professional actor, with over 100 IMDB credits to his name, Robert’s 27-year career has taken him across the country and to the other side of the world. A graduate of Langara’s Studio 58 acting program, his television and film work has earned him the opportunity to work with multiple Academy Award-winning directors, including Tom McCarthy, Alejandro González Iñárritu, and Robert Altman.

Robert’s theatre resume is equally impressive, having received multiple Jessie Award nominations and wins. He has worked in many of the major theatres across Canada, including The Arts Club, Bard on the Beach and the National Arts Center. In 2018, he even made his lifelong dream of working in London England’s West End, come true.

Robert is eager to give back to the community that has supported him throughout his career and although still a dedicated student of the craft, he’s eager to share his decades of experience with up-and-coming talent. He has been coaching privately for nine years from his home studio and is now keen to work with a broader and more diverse talent pool. Robert is represented by Tyman Stewart at The Character’s Talent Agency.
