Jack Gillett discovered his passion for acting at a young age, nurtured during his time at Gresham’s Senior School in Norfolk, U.K., where he eagerly participated in numerous professional-grade productions spanning theatre and musical theatre, including renowned works like Les Mis and Miss Saigon.
Following his high school tenure, Jack pursued further education at L.A.M.D.A. in London, where he completed the rigorous 1-year Foundation Diploma and the comprehensive 3-year Degree Program. In his final year, Jack showcased his talents in a diverse array of theatrical productions, ranging from classical works like Cymbeline and The Revengers Tragedy to contemporary plays such as Holes in the Skin, Spring Awakening, and Wild Honey.
Upon graduation, Jack capitalized on his dual citizenship and relocated to Vancouver to pursue his acting aspirations. He achieved notable success early on, landing his first professional role post-L.A.M.D.A. in Deadly Class, which earned him a nomination for Best Emerging Performer in 2019. His career further flourished with appearances in prominent TV shows like DC: Legends of Tomorrow, Charmed, and Washington Black.
