NIC’s Esthetics students have been getting hands-on with two related but different treatments, Hydra Peeling with Hydrabrasion and Hydra Peeling Hydra pH, and learning exactly how each one works.

Hydrabrasion focuses on deep exfoliation, clearing pores and removing dead skin cells. Hydra pH picks up where that leaves off, restoring and balancing the skin afterward, supporting its natural pH level so it feels calm, hydrated, and refreshed.

Understanding how each step fits into the bigger picture is part of what makes a strong esthetician, and it’s exactly the kind of detail students are building into their skill set at NIC. Practicing both treatments side by side helps students see how thoughtful sequencing leads to a healthier-looking complexion for every client.
