NIC Acting graduate Alyssa Wapanatâhk continues to build her screen career with a starring role in How We Stand, the feature film written and directed by Marie Clements, which was selected for the 2026 Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF).
Alyssa plays Miranda in the film, marking another collaboration with Clements following their work together on Bones of Crows. The two productions highlight a continuing creative connection and Alyssa’s growing body of work in Canadian film.
