New Image College graduate Dakota Daulby is a testament to the transformative power of committed training and fearless exploration✨

A rising star, Dakota now captivates audiences in Apple TV’s new hit series Smoke, where his performance reflects both precision and depth.

But Dakota’s journey doesn’t stop at acting. He also wrote, produced, and starred in the darkly comedic indie gem Tight Lettuce, filmed in Montreal—an ambitious project born from both discipline and daring.

Driven by a deeper need to understand the human experience, Dakota recently embarked on a personal pilgrimage across South America and Europe. His travels weren’t for show—they were acts of artistic excavation, part of a lifelong mission to tell truth in every role.

At New Image College, Dakota learned that artistry is not just technique but courage, not just performance but purpose. His work today—on-screen and off—is a reflection of that lesson: an artist committed not only to craft, but to living with intention, curiosity, and heart.
