NIC acting grad Rodrigo Portillo Mendoza is on stage this summer with Theatre Under the Stars, playing Pablo in Sister Act at Malkin Bowl in Stanley Park. The run continues through August 21.

Sister Act is a full outdoor musical production, staged under the open sky in one of Vancouver’s most recognizable venues. For a grad, it’s a great chance to put professional training to work in front of a live summer audience, in a show built on ensemble energy and big musical numbers.

We’re proud to see Rodrigo doing exactly what he trained for at NIC, and we’re cheering him on for the rest of the run.
